You continue to receive your agreed rent in full. Void periods are our responsibility, not yours. Our business model is built around professional tenant sourcing and strong occupancy management.
Day-to-day maintenance and tenant-related issues are managed and coordinated by our team. We handle communication, contractor management and oversight. Major structural works remain the landlord's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
